We are pleased to share our passion for coffee with you. All of our coffees qualify as Specialty Coffees. We believe a fine coffee should be savored and enjoyed. We recognize that everyone has a distinct palate. We strive to accommodate all types of taste profiles by offering a variety of the finest coffees on the planet.
We hope you find our select coffees as enjoyable as we do. Please keep in mind that all home brewers are different. Listed below are standard brewing instructions, however, feel free to experiment to create your perfect cup of coffee!
Brewing Instructions:
“Perfect Pot” Pouches
Our perfect pot pouches have been created to make brewing coffee a breeze. These pouches contain enough coffee to brew one full pot of coffee in an average home brewer, meant for 10-12 cups of coffee.
These pouches were also created to preserve the coffees integrity and to delay degradation as long as possible. These pouches have been flushed with an inert gas that keeps the freshness in and ensures your coffee stays fresh as long as possible.
10oz or 1lb Bags
We package our coffee in 10oz and 1lb bags. These bags have one-way valves designed to allow air to escape, but do not allow for re-entry. For coffee purchased in these bags, we recommend measuring one heaping tablespoon for every 8 ounces of water.
