The Bourbon trees yield a wonderful hard bean that has flavors of Caramel, citrus, watermelon and smooth acidity with a medium body. The nearby Fuego volcano keeps the soil fertile and full of vital minerals and other favorable soil components for a healthy vibrant coffee plant.
