Created by our Master Roaster using years of experience, this dark roasted coffee is Golden Valley Farms signature blend. We’ve sourced a flawless blend of heirloom coffee varietals from two of the most exotic coffee growing regions of the world. The marriage of these two exotic regions has created a well-crafted robust coffee with a combination of pleasant citrus notes, hints of caramel, smoky undertones and a velvety finish.

Found a bag of Wild Tiger at the Pocono Cheesecake factory on vacation and could not believe my tastebuds! This is the most unique, satisfying, flavorful coffee I've ever had. And believe me, I've had numerous "gourmet" roasts before. None matched this. And, when I received my 5 lb bag of Tiger beans (once I remembered the name of the company and found them online), I was gifted a small ground bag of their fall blend. This is a PHENOMENAL blend that includes African as well as Indonesian and Central American beans. These "Golden" brewers are geniuses at blending and roasting. So if you are fortunate enough to run across this brand in any flavor or grinding status don't hesitate. It will bring out the tiger in you!
Freshly roast date always, produces moderate volume of crema. Chocolate taste notes on occasion; syrupy, “tooth-coating” mouth.
Found Golden Valley Farms in 2019 and I've never bought coffee from another source since then. Wild Tiger is our choice, but honestly, every one we've tried has been superb.,
This coffee is dark and delicious!
My first taste of Golden Valley Farms coffee was Wild Tiger. It is still my favorite! Not too strong and a wonderful flavor and aroma.
