This micro-lot coffee from Mexico is grown in the Chiapas region, where many small coffee producers join forces together to produce and maintain their Organic certification, improve their families living conditions and promote young producers to practice sustainable agriculture. The cooperative is located in the beautiful hills of a natural reserve, “Reserva el Triunto”.
The end result .. a rich, chocolatey coffee with sweet honey undertones, medium roasted to ensure the flavors are preserved.
